Holy crap Heroes is just as awesome as ever. Not surprised that Matt's alive, since his actor was signed up for the season but still, I'm surprised he's walking, much less able to be an active cop, seeing as he took about five bullets to various areas of his chest, but we get to see him sorta being a dad to Molly, so it evens out by alot as far as I'm concerned. Speaking of which, Molly nagging Matt about using his mind-reading power to cheat on the practical part of his police exam, pure, solid gold.

Hiro seems to be getting a healthy dose of "History is written by the victors" in his in the past trip thing, which I'm pretty sure we all expected once we found out Kensei was going to be played by a white guy.

Nathan as drunk dude who seems to live in Peter's apartment. Really weird, but whatever.

And the Bennet (or rather Butler) family, is well, being them. Claire's trying to avoid having people learn she has superpowers, and Noah's still being a dick. Oh, and he and Mohinder are planning to take down Primatech from the inside, which is really damn awesome, especially the whole faking a potential plague thing.
